It was spectacular, unforgettable and roared on into the evening.  MCHA's Annual Awards dinner at The Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa was reminiscent of the years gone by.  Everyone was dressed to the hilt and danced the night away as new "Legends of the Hotel Del Monte" (were made celebrating Michael Oprish as the Hospitality Professional of the year.
