ANNUAL DINNER: It was spectacular, unforgettable and roared on into the evening. MCHA's Annual Awards dinner at The Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa was reminiscent of the years gone by. Everyone was dressed to the hilt and danced the night away as new "Legends of the Hotel Del Monte" (pictures coming soon) were made celebrating Michael Oprish as the Hospitality Professional of the year.

EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY (EAD):   Monthly meetings begin in February. This is a fun day of recreation provided by local businesses that donate FREE activities for the hardworking employees in the hospitality industry to enjoy. The day is a huge MCHA member celebration where staff from Monterey County hotels, restaurants and businesses will be treated to complimentary activities around the peninsula.

2012 Official Event Results

ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT: This is the 23rd Annual Nick Lombardo Memorial Golf Tournament scheduled for TBD, 2013 at Laguna Seca Golf Ranch.  Get ready to play in Monterey County's "Most Fun" tournament of the year.

2012 Winners

ANNUAL HOSPITALITY RECOGNITION LUNCH The Hospitality Recognition Luncheon honors 600 hospitality employees. Ten finalists including the "Papa Vince" recipient and the Special Achievement Hourly Supervisor recipient are awarded plaques, proclamations and gifts.  Last years event took place on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the Monterey Conference Center. Check out our links for this years' photo log and a list of the overall awards finalists.
