GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS: 2010 was a great year for MCHA Government Affairs priorities! The California Public Utilities Commission approved the Regional Water Project on December 2nd; the Regional Taxi Authority is up and running after an eleven-year effort; MCHA helped elect two supportive State Senators, and real progress is being made on the widening of Highway 156. Our work in 2011 will be to build on those successes... |

ANNUAL DINNER: Mark your Calendars for MCHA’s Annual Dinner on March 18th at Portola Hotel & Spa honoring our incoming President Janine Chicourrat. Make sure to wear your green…it’s going to be a St. Patrick’s Day party….little green leprechauns and all! |
