GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS:   There have been a few changes to MCHA's  Government Affairs program with the retirement of Bob McKenzie as our GA Director; the contracting of Bob to work with the new MCHA Coalition of Peninsula Businesses to continue pursuing water issues for MCHA and its new Coalition partners; and the hiring in May of our new full time Government Affairs director Dale Ellis.
