Trends in Labor Law: 2021 Employment Law Update!

This presentation will discuss the employment law changes on tap for 2021, and what HR professionals and employers must know and do to avoid the risk that results from uninformed decisions.
Jeanine will preview the new rules that effect California employers in 2021, including another round of minimum wage increases, fair employment, time off, training requirements, independent contractors (AB 5 was revised, twice!), update on COVID-19 laws and more… She’ll also review cases from 2020. You’ll leave with a list of action items to focus on, and other items to think about!
